The mountain restaurant with a unique panorama The restaurant has been run by the current management since April 1, 2006. Karin and Roland Kilian skilfully set accents. With a variety of dishes, they stand behind an enjoyable cuisine and a gastronomy in which every guest feels comfortable. Is the focus on simpler mountain cuisine after a long hike or is it more a desire for a culinary flight of fancy... Roland Kilian, with his previously earned 16 points in the Gault Millau, is looking forward to the culinary balancing act. When the weather is good, you will find yourself at home in a world that is second to none! We will be retiring from 2024. Last opening day December 23rd, 2023. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our guests for their loyalty over the years. We wish our (as yet unknown) successors only the best. Expected reopening May/June 2024. With its terrace, the Bözingenberg restaurant offers a beautiful view over Biel and Lake Biel. It is also a good place for a biker break after the long and steep climb over the Chemin-d'amoureux, the Cretentrail or simply via the long, endless asphalt road.
